Airport trips use flat-rate pricing, with applicable gratuity, credit-card processing, tolls, parking, waiting time, and other reservation-specific charges explained with the quote or reservation details.
How much waiting time is included for airport pickups?
For airport arrivals we provide complimentary waiting time:
• Domestic flights: 45 minutes
• International flights: 60 minutes
Additional waiting time is billed in 15-minute increments based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.
How are payments and additional charges handled?
We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
Applicable credit-card processing fees and other reservation-specific charges, such as gratuity, tolls, parking, waiting time, or additional stops, are explained with the quote or reservation details.
Payment timing is confirmed for each reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
• Sedans & SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before pickup to avoid being charged the full fare.
• Sprinter Van reservations: Require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
No-shows are charged the full base fare plus any waiting time.
